We provide Mental Health Review Tribunal representation to people free of charge in Wales (Barry, Newport, Cardiff, Caerphilly, Gwent, Powys and Carmarthenshire) and the West of England. When you instruct us you can be sure to receive representation and advice from a Law Society Mental Health Panel accredited solicitor.

Contentious probate encompasses may complex problems and we are experienced in providing legal advice and representation in all areas whether that be challenging a Will, removing executors, making an Inheritance Act claim to be made a beneficiary of an estate as the Will has not provided reasonable financial provision having regard to the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
Disputes can arise around the validity of a Will on many grounds for instance lack of testamentary capacity, Lack of Knowledge and approval or the Will may have been procured by Undue Influence. We are experience in Defending and making claims to set aside Wills.
